Kelly has compiled a 34-6 record and won three conference titles at Oregon. The Ducks topped Wisconsin in this year's Rose Bowl after losing to Auburn in the 2011 BCS National Championship Game. The Buccaneers are looking to fill their head coaching vacancy after dismissing Raheem Morris, who was named the defensive backs coach for the NFL's Washington Redskins on Monday.
